Policies

Minors
Each minor must be accompanied by an adult (18 ).

Payment
To reserve your spot(s), the event must be paid for in full. No person is allowed to attend the event without having paid the full ticket fee.  

Cancellations & Refunds
Oak & Aspen Soapery reserves the right to cancel any event at any time including where a minimum participation is not achieved. A full refund will be issued in the case that Oak & Aspen Soapery cancels an event.

Full refunds will be issued if a participant cancels within SEVEN (7) business days of the event. Refunds may take up to one week to process. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
